Meet the Team

Katja Reith, CEO

Katja has been in the Congo since 2014, with Latlong since August 2017 to support her late husband Dries Coetzee. Since his passing, she is the managing director of the company; having a degree in business administration and international management helps understanding the challenging environment. Her objective: Carrying the vision of her husband into the future!

Marcellin Kabundi, General Director

Marcellin started his Latlong career beginning of 2017 as the administrator and later became General Director. His experience in the same positions in other internationally operating companies in this region plus his experience as an English teacher and his calm personality help managing daily challenges.

Gilbert Dilis, Operational Director

Gilbert looks back to a 30-year career in the Belgian Armed Forces. Being an officer, he carried out several missions in Africa, particularly in the #DRC.Eager to invest in a new challenge, Gilbert Dilis joined Latlong International on 1st March 2022 as Director of Operations.

Henry Mack Mupita, Marketing & Quality Director

Henry is the heart of this company. Henry supported Dries Coetzee building up Latlong, making it a success over the last decade, and representing “the big Boss” since his departure – as they had been one.
